OUR MARSEILLE CAMP OPTIONS

For this 2024 edition, the Baz’n Camp welcomes from July 7 to 27, 2023 at Technosport de Luminy. This year again, we give 3 trips to Orlando or Los Angeles (with NBA game) for the best camper of each week.

TWO OPTIONS: OVERNIGHT CAMP OR DAY CAMP

We therefore offer two options: overnight camp (accommodation in an individual room at the CROUS in Aix-Marseille), or day camp. You can also book for both weeks benefit from a discount in you registration. We have set up an online form to register electronically. In just 10 minutes you will be registered for the next edition. We require a minimum of three years of practice to join the camp.

We require for this option to be at least 13 years old.

 

If you want to do two or three weeks, and you need to stay on the camp between each week during the weekend, don’t forget to take the weekend option when registering (the option includes weekend meals as well as the extra night).

OUR EXTRA OPTIONS

Week-end option (70€)

For the camper who takes 2 or 3 weeks wishes to stay the weekend between each week from Saturday noon to Sunday noon, we offer a weekend option where we take care of: two lunches, a dinner, a breakfast and a night from Saturday to Sunday. A visit of Marseille will be organized. If you want to take 3 weeks, and the camper needs to stay both weekends, you will have to choose 2 weekends options when registering.

Cancellation insurance (25€)

An injury quickly arrived before the start of the camp. In order not to take any risk, we offer you a cancellation insurance at 25€. The insurance covers your entire order deducted from 25€ (insurance price), only in the following cases:

  • An accident or illness of the trainee making it impossible to practice basketball. You will be asked for a medical certificate, or any other proof attesting to a contraindication to sports practice.
  • The loss of employment of one of the parents between registration and the start of the camp.
  • The death of one of the parents (legal guardian or siblings) between registration and the start of the camp. Proof of death will be requested.

Apart from these three cases, the normal cancellation fees apply (€80 fee up to 60 days before the start of the camp, 40% fee between 59 and 8 days before the start of the camp, 100% fees from 7 days before the start of the camp). Cancellation insurance applies until Friday July 5, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Once the camp has started (Sunday July 7, 2024 00:00), no refund will be possible with or without insurance.

Train station shuttle (5€)

A shuttle with a driver provided by the camp will be responsible for bringing the camper there and back between Marseille Saint-Charles train station and the camp site. To benefit from the shuttles, the camper must arrive at the train station Saint-Charles between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Sunday, and for the return leave between 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. If not possible, please contact us.

Airport shuttle (30€)

A shuttle with driver provided by the camp will be responsible for bringing the camper there and back between the airport and the camp site. A shuttle from Marignane airport to the camp is chargeable. To benefit from the shuttles, the camper must arrive at the airport between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Sunday, and for the return leave between 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card (in 1, 3 or 4 installments free of charge) with our Crédit Mutuel banking module secure online, by bank transfer (in 1, 2, 3 or 4 installments free of charge), or by cash  through Western Union.

Family price

We offer you a family reduction if 2 or more campers from the same family participate to the camp: a 5% reduction on the overall registration. This offer counts for each additional registration, however proof will be required..
