We reserve the right to cancel any registration if the payment deadlines are not met, with no refund.
Departure is from Paris. The total flight duration can vary between 11 hours and 14 hours.
Yes, several members of the Baz’n Camp team will be systematically present throughout the trip with the campers.
East Coast (Orlando - Miami - New York): There is a 6-hour time difference (when it is 8:00 PM in France, it is 2:00 PM in the US East Coast).
West Coast (Los Angeles - San Francisco): There is a 9-hour time difference (when it is 8:00 PM in France, it is 11:00 AM in the US West Coast).
Staff and campers are accommodated in a large, secure house reserved entirely for the Baz'n Camp group, or in a hotel.
The rooms are shared and have shared bathrooms. Campers will have access to a washing machine and dryer.
Minivans are rented and used for all our trips.
Breakfast is eaten at home or at the hotel. We eat lunch and dinner out at restaurants and fast food outlets.
It is strongly recommended that you take out insurance or assistance for your healthcare costs while you are there to cover all expenses incurred.
You will need to pay and be reimbursed at a later date.
We have comprehensive insurance.
Given the high costs of emergency medical care in the United States, you will still have to pay for some of your expenses.
We also recommend that you bring some medication and/or your regular treatment if you are taking any.
We recommend bringing at least one warm layer of clothing, shorts, a pair of basketball shoes, a swimsuit, flip-flops, a toiletry bag, a plug adapter (US to France), and your Baz'n Camp t-shirts and jerseys (if you attended our summer camp prior to your trip).
You can bring a backpack, a small carry-on suitcase, and a large checked suitcase.
We cover essential expenses (accommodation, three meals a day, transportation, plane tickets, match tickets, etc.). However, you may need to make personal purchases (snacks between meals, shopping, etc.)
Yes, you will have Wi-Fi access throughout the house.
Otherwise, you should check with your carrier to see if your phone plan can be used in the United States. If not, we can advise you on purchasing certain types of plans.
We plan to create a WhatsApp group through which campers' families will be kept up to date on activities and program progress on a daily basis.
We also remain available throughout your stay if you wish to speak directly with a staff member.
We encourage you to check with your bank about fees for payments and withdrawals abroad. Your bank fees may be low or even zero, in which case all your payments can be made with your card while you're there.
Otherwise, to avoid high bank fees, you can take a small amount of cash in dollars or make only one withdrawal while you're there.
A videographer will be present during the camp to capture some moments. Photos and videos will be sent to you by email. Follow us on social media! (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube)
As a reminder, video and photo services are not included in the camp price. The photographers and videographers we hire offer an additional service to help you relive your children's experience as best as possible.
