How does the shuttle option work?

Shuttle prices and schedules (train station and airport) vary depending on the camp location. These are specified in the FAQs for each camp.

Booking your transfers: When choosing the shuttle option (train station or airport), please note that the times indicated correspond to the time slots during which our teams can pick up or drop off campers. This means that we do not pick up campers at the exact arrival time of their train or plane, but at any time within the scheduled time slot. Therefore, when booking transfers, please allow sufficient time (luggage collection, arrival area clearance, check-in, and security checks) so that the camper can be picked up and dropped off within the indicated time slot.

Your travel information: You must inform us by email (contact@bazncamp.com) of your chosen shuttle, arrival and departure times, origin, and train number, no later than 20 days before the start of your booked camp session. At the same time, you must indicate your preferred sandwich for the return trip on Saturday from the choices provided in the Camper's Handbook, accessible after registration. Any information submitted after the specified deadlines (unless a change has been made) will incur an additional fee of €10.

Outbound Shuttle:

  • Pick-up: Upon arrival, campers are asked to activate their internet connection to receive messages from the driver. Several shuttles will run during the pick-up times. Players must wait independently at the designated meeting point until one of our shuttles arrives.
  • Meals: Lunch on Sunday is not provided, regardless of the campers' arrival/pick-up time.

Return Shuttle:

  • Drop-off: We will drop off campers during the time slots indicated for each camp. Campers must then make their own way to their train or plane.
  • Meals: A sandwich or meal will be provided for campers using the shuttle option for their departure.
I have purchased an option but would like to cancel it. What should I do?
  • Workout sessions: cancellable, non-refundable
  • Weekend option: cancellable, non-refundable
  • Cancellation insurance: non-cancellable, non-refundable
  • Highlight option: cancellable, non-refundable
  • Shuttle option: non-refundable

Any change of shuttle type or time slot (for train station shuttles) is not possible from 20 days before the start of the camp. After this deadline, any modification requires cancellation of the initial option and purchase of a new shuttle at your own expense.

If a camper wishes to be picked up outside the predefined shuttle time slots, this must be requested at least 20 days before the start of the camp session.

Additional fees apply:

Trip requested between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm (outside standard shuttle hours): €10

Trip requested before 9:00 am or after 9:00 pm: €50

We reserve the right to refuse requests requiring very early or very late transportation.

We plan to create a WhatsApp group through which campers' families will be kept up to date on activities and program progress on a daily basis.

We also remain available throughout your stay if you wish to speak directly with a staff member.

How do I use my money there?

We encourage you to check with your bank about fees for payments and withdrawals abroad. Your bank fees may be low or even zero, in which case all your payments can be made with your card while you're there.

Otherwise, to avoid high bank fees, you can take a small amount of cash in dollars or make only one withdrawal while you're there.
