OUR TEAM DESTINATION USA PROGRAM
Each season, BAZ'N CAMP assembles a team to organize three trips to the United States. Players aged 14 to 23 can participate.
Our trips take place during the fall, winter, and spring vacations and last between 9 and 18 days.

We find a project for every request
The estimated real cost of the trip is between €3 914 and €6 331 per player (see breakdown below); thanks to the commitment of the Baz’n Camp association, it is offered at a reduced price.
OUR OPTIONS
We may be able to offer you a flight close to your home, both on the outward and return journeys. Please notify us in advance; we will then submit the request to our partner AirFrance. Additional fees will apply (Air France fees). This request must be made at least two months before the departure date.
It is possible to complete the camp only and reach us by your own means by booking your own transportation. Coordination will be required to arrange an arrival time. In this case, the rate will be reduced to €730.

You can pay for your stay by bank transfer, check, credit card, Payment in Installments via SEPA or cash.
- Payment by Credit Card / PayPal / SEPA Direct Debit: Payment is made in a single installment at the time of online registration, at the end of the process. If you are unable to pay the full amount at registration, you have the option to pay a 30% deposit by credit card.
- Payment in Installments via SEPA Direct Debit: You can pay in multiple installments via bank transfer using your IBAN. The total amount will be divided according to the number of installments, which will be determined based on the number of months remaining before the camp. The final installment will be taken 30 days before the start of the camp.
- Bank Transfers: A deposit of €750 by credit card will be required from the participant at the time of online registration. Payments are made monthly in 1, 2, 3, or 4 installments, up to 30 days before the start of the camp.
- Cash: You may pay the full amount in cash or via a cash mandate within 10 days of online registration. Two options are available:
- Send a cash mandate (any fees related to sending cash are your responsibility)
- Hand-deliver the payment in Paris, Marseille, Rouen, or Bordeaux (we will contact you to schedule an appointment)
We offer the creation of highlight videos lasting 1:30 minutes, grouping some of the player's actions during the camp.
Up to 90 days before: €350 cancellation fee.
89 to 46 days before: 60% of the total amount will be retained.
45 days or less before: No refund.
If the camp extends over two sessions, the start date refers to the first session.
In case of visa or ESTA refusal, no refunds will be issued.
In the event of payment by credit card, the fees related to the use of the card will not be refundable and will be added to the cancellation fees previously mentioned.
